2017-2018 Club Ice

Information is now available for 2017 - 2018 Club Ice.  Sign-ups will open on Friday, August 11 at 7pm.  Volunteers are needed - these are easy jobs to fill - sign-up today and earn walk-on passes and volunteer hours!

Open House help needed!

KCIC will be hosting a Back to School Free Open House on Saturday, August 12, from 11:00am - 12:20pm.  You will receive 1 freestyle hour added to your KCIC punch card for your service.


Help is needed in the following areas (both skaters and parents):

  • Check in Table (parents)
  • Help tying skates (teenagers & parents)
  • On ice assistance - must be 10 and passed Pre-Pre Moves or Free Skate 3

As well, KCFSC will have an informational table at the Open House. If you would like to sign up to donate cookies or work at the table, please login to the KCFSC Membership Portal and sign-up to get volunteer credits.

Good luck at National Showcase!

Congratulations Fiona Junger & Grant Huang for qualifying to compete at the 2017 National Showcase in Santa Rosa, California, August 9-13!


Fiona will compete in Intermediate Dramatic Entertainment, Intermediate Light Entertainment, and Intermediate Interpretive.

Grant will compete in Masters Dramatic Entertainment, Master Light Entertainment, and Masters Interpretive. Best of luck next week!

Good luck at Mid-Continent Classic!

KCFSC club members Klaranda Behrens, Ashley Makalous, and Maya Spinello will be competing at the Mid-Continent Classic in Wichita, Kansas, August 11-13. 


Klaranda is competing in Senior Ladies Short Program and Free Skate. Ashley will compete in No Test Free Skate and Light Entertainment. Maya will compete in Pre-Preliminary Free Skate, Spins and Light Entertainment. Good luck skaters!
